Enjoy the spacious luxury seating in the living area on the main floor with a huge Flat screen TV that sits above a beautiful contemporary indoor fireplace with color changing flames for year-round enjoyment and a sleeper sofa. Features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops with an Eat in Bar for extra seating that is adjacent to the Dining Room with a beautiful wood table and chairs. There are also 2 King bedrooms with ensuites on the main floor and a large laundry room with folding table, iron, and ironing board provided. Upstairs you can enjoy the game room equipped with a Pool Table and Bar and for your enjoyment! A futon is located in the game room with a half bath. Two King suites are located on the second floor too, one also has a futon. You may also enjoy the outdoor private covered hot tub and a spacious deck area with Rocking Chairs, a Park Grill located on the concrete outdoor patio area with seating for up to 12 guests, and a fire pit for your enjoyment.
