Dream location for birds and wildlife watching, surrounded by protected wetlands on two sides. The beach is just across the road. Wood-burning fireplace and lots of picture windows make it ideal all year 'round. Magical memories to be had at the Beaver Pond Cottage at the north end of Manzanita Beach. Oregon Coast beaches at their best at this location along the northern Oregon Coast. Outstanding location @ Neah-kah-nie Beach! Splash in the tide, walk the wet sand or play in the tidepools.....even find some wax from a shipwreck many years ago. If you're feeling especially adventurous, hike the mountian and look for the hyrogliphics on the rocks that may lead to TREASURE! New owner, new furnishings @ the Beaver Pond Cottage....2 new king beds, one new queen bed and one new sofa bed (queen size). 2 Brand new large flat panel plasma tv's. The one in the media room is 60 + in. size! New L shape couch in living room.
