Booking &amp; Cancellation Policy<br />
You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund minus a $495 processing fee and less third-party travel insurance fees, if applicable. The refund will be made to the original payment method.<br />
For reservations made on or less than 60 days before check-in, or if cancellation occurs within 60 days of check-in, the reservation is non-refundable.<br />
Written notice is required to cancel a reservation; an email from the address associated with the reservation is acceptable.<br />
If a reservation is canceled 60 days or less before check-in, we will re-list the property for rental. If it is re-rented, the guest will receive a refund minus the $495 processing fee and any price differential.<br />
If a guest shortens their stay or changes to a different property, the normal cancellation policy applies. No changes are permitted during the stay.<br />
