A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet is required at the time of booking, covering extra cleaning and sanitation. A refundable damage deposit of $150 will also be collected. If complaints are made about barking or disruption, we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 charge and possible eviction from the property. By booking, you agree to these terms.<br />

Flexible Cancellation Policy for Your Anna Maria Island Getaway<br />
We want your vacation planning to be stress-free, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund, minus a $495 processing fee and any third-party travel insurance fees. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in, or for reservations booked within 60 days of check-in, are non-refundable.<br />
To cancel, simply send written notice via email from the address associated with your reservation. If you cancel within 60 days, we will relist the property for rent. If it re-rents, we will refund the rental amount minus the processing fee and any price differences.<br />
If you need to shorten your stay or change properties, our standard cancellation policy applies, and no changes can be made once your stay has started.
