This home is perfectly located within a walkable distance to many wonderful vacation attractions, or you can enjoy a short ride on the free trolley up and down the island. For a getaway, you won't forget! This lifestyle offers Florida living at its finest.<br />

Looking for a chef's kitchen, this kitchen won't disappoint it features double islands with a triple sink and two faucets, glass-front cabinets highlighted by under-cabinet lighting, GE appliances including double ovens, and an induction cooktop. The spacious dining area overlooks the water. This space flows into the adjacent living room, perfect for entertaining and hosting family and friends. French doors lead to the outdoor deck, enhancing the indoor-outdoor lifestyle. The backyard is an oasis, boasting a heated saltwater pool/ spa.<br />

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master suite offers a secluded escape with a separate sitting area, access to the outside, and a spa-like bath with double vanities, a walk-in shower, and jetted tub. The other two bedrooms both have separate bathrooms. Bedroom 2 offers a queen-size bed and bedroom 3 offers two sets of bunk beds. <br />

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.<br />

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).<br />
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.<br />

You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund minus a $495 processing fee and less 3rd party travel insurance fees, if applicable. The refund will be made to the original payment method. After that time, or for reservations made on or less than 60 days in advance of check-in, your reservation is non-refundable.<br />
Written notice is required to cancel a reservation; an email from the address associated with the reservation is acceptable as written notice.<br />
For canceled reservations with a check-in date equal to or less than 60 days away: We will open the property back up to the rental market and if the property re-rents we will refund the guests the rental rate minus the $495 processing fee and any price differential.<br />
If Guest needs to shorten their stay or change to a different property, the normal cancellation policy applies. No changes are permitted during the stay.<br />
