Property Description

You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund minus a $495 processing fee and less 3rd party travel insurance fees, if applicable. The refund will be made to the original payment method. After that time, or for reservations made on or less than 60 days in advance of check-in, your reservation is non-refundable.<br />
Written notice is required to cancel a reservation; an email from the address associated with the reservation is acceptable as written notice.<br />
For canceled reservations with a check-in date equal to or less than 60 days away: We will open the property back up to the rental market and if the property re-rents we will refund the guests the rental rate minus the $495 processing fee and any price differential.<br />
If Guest needs to shorten their stay or change to a different property, the normal cancellation policy applies. No changes are permitted during the stay.<br />

This STUNNING Retreat Home boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 bathroom home ( 2 jetted tubs), and over 4,000 square feet of living and vacation space, not to mention the amazing grounds, with two docks, a gorgeous salt water pool, your own gazebo, and 4 balcony&#39;s to enjoy the gorgeous Florida sunsets! There are outdoor dining areas seating 8 + 2 bar stools, and on the interior of the home, there is dining seating for 12, a dining table that seats 8 and 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. The home offers ample privacy for all of our guests as it has a King Master Bedroom&nbsp;with En Suite Bathroom, additional Double Queen, Queen, Double Twin, and Full-sized Bedrooms. Coffee Bar on the upper level so you do not miss out on enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony of your bedroom! Adults and Kids will love the multiple TV areas.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

The pool/spa and outdoor entertaining space is perfect for a BBQ or simply relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous sunsets after enjoying a day on the water!&nbsp; Beach towels, beach chairs, and equipment are included - additional items can be rented through our preferred vendors at a discounted rate - ask your property manager for more details.<br />

Parking includes a large driveway fitting a maximum 6 cars. NO Parking on the private road leading to The Bay House Retreat.<br />

Boat lifts at the property are not available for guest use BUT there is a Pontoon boat that can be rented out separately from the house.&nbsp; Information provided upon request.&nbsp;<br />

The home also features Smart TVs with cable in most bedrooms, living rooms, and outside. Downstairs bedroom with sitting area is perfect for kids with XBox ONE,&nbsp; board games and card games available like uno, skip bo, poker, boggle, monopoly, scrabble, etc., Two kayaks, Corn Hole, Basketball hoop, gas grill as well!<br />

Rentals typically run Saturday to Saturday, If you are looking for a stay that is not a 7-night rental or would like to begin your vacation on a day other than Saturday please send us an email to reservations@beachretreatsfl.com as we can sometimes accommodate alternate reservations.<br />
