This lovely property offers a private heated pool with a spa, The backyard is an oasis with BBQ grill, tropical landscaping, huge covered section and lots of space to hang out. The large outdoor space features outdoor dining and a lounge area where your group can catch the game on the big screen outdoor TV <br />
This home will be professionally decorated and features all brand new furnishings and stainless steel appliances. You will absolutely love the open floor plan on the main living level and deck that overlooks the pool and tropical backyard. During you stay the most difficult decisions you'll have to make are should you relax and spend time at your private pool or walk over to the white sandy beaches? It's a tough life on Anna Maria Island!<br />
This home can comfortably accommodate a group of 12 in beds-with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their privacy while spending quality time together under one roof-this home is ideal for multiple families. Traveling with little ones? We know you'll be back and forth to and from the beach a LOT! This house has a pack and play, high chair and lots of beach and pool toys. Too many luxury amenities to list them all.<br />

You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund minus a $495 processing fee and less 3rd party travel insurance fees, if applicable. The refund will be made to the original payment method. After that time, or for reservations made on or less than 60 days in advance of check-in, your reservation is non-refundable. <br />
Written notice is required to cancel a reservation; an email from the address associated with the reservation is acceptable as written notice.<br />
For canceled reservations with a check-in date equal to or less than 60 days away: We will open the property back up to the rental market and if the property re-rents we will refund the guests the rental rate minus the $495 processing fee and any price differential<br />
If Guest needs to shorten their stay or change to a different property, the normal cancellation policy applies. No changes are permitted during the stay.<br />
