Get ready for a relaxing beach getaway at Gulf Place 18! This three bedroom, two bath condo is a perfect choice when visiting Anna Maria Island.

Once inside the spacious condo, you will see the living room/dining room combo as well as the open concept kitchen. You can sit 6 comfortably at the dining room table and four at the bar. The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and items you need to prepare your meals. There is also a desk to be used as a workspace if needed,

Just off the living room is the balcony which overlooks the heated community pool and the Gulf Beaches of Anna Maria Island. You can relax on the patio chair and enjoy the sunset or hear the waves come on shore.

Back inside, the primary bedroom sleeps two comfortably in a King sized bed. There is plenty of space for your items with two dressers and a large closet. The bathroom, offers a nice sized walk in shower and a two sink vanity making it easier to get going for the day.

The second room offers a full sized bed and the third room has two sets of twin bunks beds. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

When you are ready to head back outside, there is a large, heated pool with a deck and chairs right on the Gulf. The property also has a tennis and pickleball court for use by guests. Off-property, enjoy exploring the Island on the free Island Trolley. Shopping, dining, watersports, and adventures await just minutes away.

One of the reasons Gulf Place is such a treasure is that the on-site management is tasked with ensuring occupancy limits are observed, and they do a very thorough job! Six people is the maximum occupancy for each unit and this is strictly enforced. But if you're traveling with more than six people, don't despair!
