This oceanfront condo is situated on the 3rd floor (elevator available) and has a breathtaking 180-degree view of the Pacific Ocean, the Long Beach Boardwalk and 26 miles of pristine beach. WIFI speed 100 to 200 mbs. Two small dogs allowed with a $25 per day per pet fee. SmartTVs and Hulu Basic provided, but no LiveTV. Bring your own streaming service. The living room has floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall windows to capture this amazing vista. Sunset Romance is located near the heart of Long Beach, WA—less than 5 minutes’ walk to restaurants, shopping, mini-golf, go-karts, Funland, ice cream shops and souvenir shops. No need to drive again after leaving your car in the reserved under-cover parking spot at the Windward Passages condo building. Enjoy the dramatic view from your own private balcony just off the living room, which has a comfy new Ethan Allen sleeper sofa with inflatable air mattress topper as well as 3 inviting easy chairs. Snuggle up in the sherpa fleece blanket in front of the LED fireplace that radiates warmth. Turn on the SmartTV to watch network channels through Tablo and lots of streaming selections such as Amazon Prime, CNNgo, ESPN, HGTV, Food Network and many more Roku channels—all included. The master suite, featuring romantic beach prints by Jack Vettriano, has a queen bed with plush velveteen padded headboard, another SmartTV with the same array of channels, and an ensuite bath with tub/shower combination. An additional ½ bath has a new full-sized washer and dryer. In addition to plentiful china, glassware, pots and pans, the kitchen is equipped with a new pasta cooker, rice cooker, electric grill/waffle maker combo, Ninja food processor and blender. Hot drink options include a new Keurig with multiple choices for brew size and strength as well as a Melitta pour-over coffeemaker, Mr Coffee, and electric teapot. International Kite Festival posters signed by the artists and coastal-themed paintings by the owner’s sister set the mood for a romantic beach getaway for 2. (The 860-square-foot condo can accommodate 2 additional guests and/or 2 small, well-behaved dogs for an extra charge.) • Children two and under stay free. They do not count as part of the maximum occupancy. The beach is less than 2 minutes’ walk down the condo building’s private path, passing by the 1-mile Long Beach boardwalk and the 19-mile Discovery Trail, a paved walking/bicycling trail that meanders through the dunes all the way to the north Long Beach city limits and south to Beard’s Hollow, the North Head Lighthouse, and the Columbia River fishing haven of Ilwaco, WA. From the comfort of this condo, enjoy the 4th of July fireworks and August’s International Kite Festival, which take place directly in front of Sunset Romance! BOOK EARLY, because these weeks sell out months in advance. Paper products are provided as well as soaps, shampoos, conditioner and detergent. The HOA does not allow a barbecue, however we have provided a George Forman Electric Grill for our guests uses on the outside deck.
