This unit is on the first floor and all on one level (two flights of five stairs each down from the parking area). The open and airy living room is beautifully appointed with electric leather couch and loveseat, gas fireplace and large screen TV. There’s a ‘viewing chair’ in front of the picture window, complete with telescope. A glass door gives you access to the outdoor dining/seating area. The entry alcove is perfect for grilling out of the wind. Pet friendly, 2 small dogs only. $25 per day per pet fee applies. Fast WiFi: 50 to 100mbs. See photos. The indoor dining area includes a beautiful wooden table with seating for 6. The bright, immaculate kitchen is fully-equipped, including a serving bar as well as quality cooking utensils, dishes and everything you’ll need for ‘eating-in’ while admiring the captivating view. Paper products are provided as well as hand and dish soaps. Double doors open to the Master bedroom, complete with a queen bed situated alongside glass patio doors for a morning ocean view. There is an en suite bath with double sinks, separate shower and a jetted tub for delightfully luxurious soaking. You’ll be lulled to sleep in quality linens by the sound of the surf. The remaining two bedrooms have a double bed and a queen bed. The sound of the surf extends to them, as well. (Port-a-crib and baby monitor are available upon request.) The adjacent bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. Laundry facilities are also provided. Enjoy a short walk to the beach – less than 15 minutes down the path.
