We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Ten of us came up for a long weekend. The weather was so nice, it was just a perfect weekend. The house was big enough to accommodate all of us . We spent a lot of time out at the fire pit and on the porch. I personally didn't leave the house from Thursday, when we first arrived, until Sunday when we checked out. You guys have all the amenities that we needed too. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your awesome home.

We stayed at Copperleaf in Eagles Nest Lodges. Banner Elk, NC. An amazing experience. The Blue Ridge Rental team made this a easy experience. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Terrific!
By David On 07/30/2018
Terrific. There is no better way to celebrate a major family event (50th) with planning and attendance by the kids and grand kids. We enjoyed the cool weather, wildlife, fishing, toy barn and pavilion, rope course/bridge. Most of all we enjoyed the wilderness and hikes an being together. Professional photographer from Boone created memories for all. Wonderful. So refreshing and recuperative. We rode our UTV over hills and trails and identified plants, animals, new bird species...wild blueberries, black bear, many deer, hummingbirds. Most refreshing, the clear, crisp mountain air! Best place ever to celebrate our 50th anniversary with kids and grand kids, wow! Catered party dinner from a terrific restaurant in Boone, talent show by kids, games, hikes, and something just sitting on a big rock in a nearby creek and having the rushing water behind us of where we have been and how we got here. Hope to return.
The House Was Great!
By Ross On 06/12/2018
The house was great. Had a family of 10 staying and enjoyed the house and amenities. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ House is extremely comfortable for large families. You could stay here and just not leave but the neighborhood and sounding areas have so much to offer. Everyone was very impressed. Shout out to Nancy for being so responsive to our needs even on Memorial Day weekend.
Phenomenal House
By Jerry On 04/20/2018
My family and I stayed at the Eagles Nest Trail (Banner Elk, NC) home of Wayne and Karina Ferrell beginning April 7 through the morning April 14, 2018. It is a phenomenal house. The setting itself, that is, the neighborhood and community, is very secluded. It’s up in the mountains, but the roads are well paved. Virtually every day, I enjoyed long walks, pushing my two-year old grandson up and down the mountains on the roadway there. It was very safe, with a stunning view. The whole community is very pleasant. On a personal note, our grandchildren enjoyed snow for virtually the first time ever. The house was incredible. It is state of the art in every way imaginable. It is very large and accommodating. The kitchen was totally up to date and beyond. All the designs of the house were great. The woodworking throughout the house was very special. The WiFi was helpful. The television sets were available throughout. There were multiple bedrooms with much privacy available. Plus there was a large living room. Fireplaces were available---at the flick of a button. We also enjoyed visiting in town---to church, to grocery stores, good restaurants, an ice cream parlor, a wildlife nature center, duck-feeding on a local pond, historical museums (particularly in nearby Boone). Also, only a few miles away is Grandfather Mountain, offering a spectacular view of the surrounding area. The getaway to this house was a vacation that our family (my wife and me, my daughter, son-in- law, four year old granddaughter and two year old grandson) will remember for years to come. The photos turned out great and will reinforce these memories. This place was great, and we hope to visit again sometime.
Short, But Wonderful

True Pleasure And Honor
By Yoandry On 01/03/2018
It was a true pleasure and honor to stay in this beautiful home. Milo, the little boy in the family, had an amazing time. We thoroughly enjoyed spending quality time at the house. Our favorite part of the vacation was how breathtaking everything looked covered in snow! A winter wonderland. The weather was delightful, we had a blast skiing at Beech Mountain. Hope to be back next Christmas vay cay!

Our family has an annual "Camp Walker" tradition which has taken us to numerous places/settings. Copperleaf and all of the Eagles Nest community are now among our top "Camp Walker" destinations! This was a particularly special vacation for we are expecting our first grandchild. My husband and I, and two daughters and their husbands, truly enjoyed everything this house has to offer and we are already planning on returning... with one (or more) additions to the family. Thank You!!!

Incredible!
By Renata On 04/20/2017
What an incredible family experience staying at Copperleaf at Eagle's Nest. First, there is no amenity lacking in the house. The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, serving trays, even and orange juice press which inspired us to make fresh squeezed OJ. Then there is the first floor recreation room. Pool table, ping pong, foosball, karaoke machine, keyboard, board games, bins filled with toys. Needless to say, the kids spent most of their time entertained there. The second floor living area has a great open floor plan. We spent our evenings grilling out and dining al fresco on the expansive deck area with great views of the mountains. The 2 heat lamps on the decks were a nice addition after the sun went down. We spent many an evening relaxing in the spacious hot tub or making s'mores in the fire pit area out back. The house itself is tastefully decorated and the finishes in the bathrooms and living areas give the house a very upscale feel. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens luxurious. The bathrooms all came stocked with starter toiletries. A lot of attention to detail in making sure that guests feel comfortable and at home. And then the amenities of the Eagle's Nest property are truly impressive. Tons of hiking trails, 2 open pavilion areas to take in the mountain views with wide fields for the kids to run around. Swings and ropes courses. Our stay at the Copperleaf felt like a 5 star resort, with the comforts of home. We can't wait to plan another trip for the summer! Thanks, Renata
A True Treat!
By Daniel On 04/19/2017
Our stay at Copperleaf at Eagles Nest was a true treat. We had the pleasure of staying the week of April 10th 2017. The home is very spacious and comfortable with a great layout. All the rooms and baths are off the main living area. The living area was very nice to sit by the fireplace and enjoy the company and views. For families looking to spend time together, this was ideal as it was the main room and center of the home. The kitchen and large dining table were very comfortable and inviting for all to gather and participate in the meal preparation every day. The kitchen was very well equipped with top of the line appliances, cookware, utensils and place settings. Nothing missing, which was very convenient. We grilled a few nights outside and we enjoyed eating outdoors on the expansive deck. The heaters were especially nice when the temperature dropped in the evening. The house is very well situated on the mountain with an Easterly view which gives you breathtaking sunrises and scenic sunsets as you watch the suns rays basking on the opposing mountains. The kids really enjoyed all the games and toys available to them downstairs, but what they enjoyed most, was the evenings outside around the fire pit roasting marshmallows. The spa downstairs was also incredibly nice to sit, relax and soak in the views. The neighborhood is equally amazing! There were several places to hike, play, relax and enjoy along the way. Lots of wildlife to see on the drive in and there is also a good hiking trail available a short walk down the road from the home. We loved spending a few afternoons at the North Pavilion which is walking distance from the home as well. The kids played on the playground and the sports were sufficient to tire them out after a mix of Lacrosse, Soccer, Basketball, Baseball, and Football. After which we all could relax on the terrace or open aired pavilion by the fire. Indoors there was billiards, books and table games as well. The Great Camp area also had a lot to offer. A fun playground for the kids, library, pavilion for grilling and sitting out, toy barn, and many areas to relax and take in all the views. This was a wonderful week and we truly enjoyed all that your home and community had to offer. We will definitely be back.
Amazing!

My family had the best time at Copperleaf! They thought of absolutely everything when designing this home. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the amazing gourmet kitchen. Sitting under the stars while making s'mores was so much fun with the kids. Our youngest loved the firepit! The kids were constantly entertained. They explored outside. The basement is filled with everything imaginable. Our oldest actually disconnected from her phone without complaints. I was quite shocked but super happy. We had the best time and created amazing family memories. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back here to Copperleaf! The Sullivan Family
