This log cabin has the feel of a private oasis with the ease of such close proximity to town.&nbsp; From the ample flat paved driveway for parking and manicured large yard.&nbsp; To the the luxury of adjustable massage bases on the two main level King bedrooms.&nbsp; Each with 65 inch mounted TVs and ceiling fans!&nbsp; Head through the main level kitchen and open the doors and walk through and down the stairs to a game room that has everything you could want, from Skeeball, to Pac Man arcade, cornhole, and&nbsp; plenty of room to play air hockey.&nbsp; Furnished with plush seating, a large mounted TV, coffee bar and mini/wine fridge.&nbsp; All here to entertain your group!&nbsp; This lower level offers ample entertainment options as well as the third King bedroom, full hallway bathroom, and Queen sleeper sofa.&nbsp; &nbsp;There is central heating and air throughout the home as well as mini-split units on the lower level for added comfort.&nbsp; Stay connected with the Ultra Hi-Speed internet.&nbsp; There is a home office setup for you in the oversized laundry room.&nbsp; Or unwind and have a cook&nbsp;out using the gas grill, then relax by the firepit and listen to the sounds of the subtle creek outside.&nbsp;<br />

The home is pet friendly!&nbsp; We accommodate up to 4 dogs of any size and breed.&nbsp; Well trained and mature please!&nbsp; Pet rent is $25+tax per pet per night.&nbsp;<br />

<li>CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.</li>
<li>All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per&nbsp;bath, several&nbsp;garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo,&nbsp; conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens are provided.</li>

<li>Guests are welcome to use the kayaks.&nbsp; Please be courteous during use and upon return back to this home for other guests to enjoy!</li>

<li>Roads and driveway are paved to access this home near town.&nbsp; Main roads are plowed in the winter.&nbsp; 4WD or AWD are recommended for our area (November-March)</li>

<li>Access to lower level game room is a quick few steps through a hallway door near the kitchen on the main level.&nbsp; Walk&nbsp;through the door and you will be in the interior of the garage space and then walk down the stairs to the lower level.&nbsp; This is all within the interior structure of the home and not a separate building, or any need to go outside to access it.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. &nbsp;</li>
