- This home is pet friendly for an additional $25/night. Max of 1 dog, 50lbs or less. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.<br />
- The home has a septic rating as three bedrooms, and includes sleeping areas in the loft.<br />
- The garage is not available for guest use, but the driveway provides ample parking for the home.<br />
-&nbsp;Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.<br />
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.&nbsp;<br />
-&nbsp;All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.<br />
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.<br />
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.&nbsp;<br />
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV&#39;s. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website<br />
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.<br />
- The home has 2 security cameras camera 1 is a doorbell style camera monitoring the front entryway, camera 2 is mounted on the left side of the garage monitoring the parking area.&nbsp; No other cameras are present at the property.</span></b><br />

<span style="background:white">CANCELLATION POLICY -<br />
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.<br />
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.<br />
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.<br />
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
