As you step inside, you&#39;ll be greeted by an inviting ambiance and stylish d&eacute;cor. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils needed for the family chef to prepare a delicious homecooked meal, as well as stainless appliances, a gas range, and a Keurig coffeemaker. The heart of the home lies in its open-concept living area, where friends and family can gather for quality time together. The living room features vaulted ceilings with large ceiling-high windows, a stacked stone gas fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV equipped with streaming apps for guests to utilize. The master suite is located on the main level and boasts a king bed and ensuite bathroom, TV, its own deck access, and a jetted tub! Upstairs, find a king and queen bedroom and full bathroom in the hallway. The loft offers a brand new pull out sleeper sofa for guest to utilize, as well. Downstairs, is where you will find the final bedroom offering a queen bed and full bathroom. Also on this level guests can enjoy a wide variety of games such as an Xbox 360, Pac-Man, and Golden Tee.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

-&nbsp;We are pet friendly! &nbsp;We welcome up to two mature well trained dogs for your stay! &nbsp;Pet rent is $25+tax per pet per night.<br />
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per&nbsp;bath, several&nbsp;garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo,&nbsp;&nbsp;conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided<br />
- The main roads are&nbsp;plowed in winter, but&nbsp;4WD&nbsp;or&nbsp;AWD&nbsp;vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. The road leading to this home is gravel and moderately steep.&nbsp;<br />
- Check in is after 4pm and Check out is by 10am EST<br />
- Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be purchased at the time of booking or&nbsp;with a week&#39;s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.<br />
- The front door includes a Ring doorbell for safety. No cameras monitor the interior of the home or common gathering areas.<br />

CANCELLATION POLICY &ndash;&nbsp;<br />
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.&nbsp;<br />
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.&nbsp;<br />
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.&nbsp;<br />
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.<br />
