Welcome to Crystal Mountain Lodge! This fabulous 5 bedroom home is located in the heart of Boone and can accommodate up to 14 guests, making it the perfect getaway retreat for you and your family!&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />

This home features three bedrooms on the spacious main level, two with king beds, the other furnished with a queen. Upstairs find an open loft space furnished with a twin bed. Downstairs are two more bedrooms, one furnished with a king bed and the other with two sets of twin bunk beds plus a stand alone twin. These bedrooms will share a full bathroom in the hallway.&nbsp;<br />

Other key features that make this home spectacular include the gourmet, well-stocked kitchen, the expansive deck area which offers multiple seating options, and last but not least, the fun game room on the lower level which includes a pool table (which coverts to a ping-pong table), an indoor basketball hoop, loads of board games, as well as a large sitting area that is perfect for family movie or game night!&nbsp;<br />

-&nbsp;CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.<br />
-&nbsp;This home is pet friendly for up to two mature, well-trained dogs with a $25 per day, per dog fee. No dogs over 100 pounds.<br />
-&nbsp;Enjoy access to Yonahlossee Resort amenities for a small fee! Guests must pay a&nbsp;$10 per day per person base fee to use the pool, gym, and game room. If more than 3 people, the&nbsp;base fee will be $25 for club use. To access outdoor tennis and pickleball courts,&nbsp;the fee is&nbsp;an additional $10 per person and is $20 per person for indoor tennis and pickleball courts.<br />
-&nbsp;Firewood for the living room fireplace may be purchased at the time of booking or&nbsp;with a week&#39;s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.&nbsp;<br />

- The roads leading to this home are flat and easy to navigate however guests are responsible for winter weather preparedness including driving an AWD or 4WD vehicle during winter months.&nbsp;<br />

- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per&nbsp;bath, several&nbsp;garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo,&nbsp;&nbsp;conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.<br />
