<strong>Important Notes:</strong><br />
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman&rsquo;s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine &amp; Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.<br />
&bull;&nbsp; &nbsp; This home allows up to 2 mature dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax.<br />
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased with a week&#39;s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.&nbsp;<br />
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV&#39;s. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures<br />
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.<br />
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;All linens and towels provided for your stay.<br />
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.&nbsp;<br />
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.<br />
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.<br />
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Check in is after 4pm<br />
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Checkout by 10am<br />
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.&nbsp;<br />
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.<br />
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.<br />
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.<br />
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.<br />
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.&nbsp;<br />
&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Host is not responsible for items left in the home.&nbsp;<br />

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
