Welcome to Valle Creek Cabin!<br />

This home is centrally located between Boone and Banner Elk, less than 20 minutes to both downtown areas!&nbsp;<br />
<br />
On the main level you will find a queen bedroom with an adjacent hallway bathroom. The covered front porch overlooks the fully fenced front yard. Off the main living room area is a screened-in back porch with wooden rockers and a porch fan.<br />
The lower level offers a queen bedroom with an an adjacent hallway bathroom. On this level there is also a pool table and TV. Just outside, enjoy the covered hot tub and firepit by the babbling creek located just behind the home.&nbsp;<br />
The upper level offers a loft bedroom with twin bunks and a half bath.&nbsp;<br />

Additional Notes:<br />
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to the property.&nbsp;<br />
- 4WD and/or AWD are strongly recommended in winter months (November-April) and may be required during times of inclement winter weather. Tire chains may also be necessary during times of snow of ice.&nbsp;<br />
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or&nbsp;with a week&#39;s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.&nbsp;<br />
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens are provided for you.<br />
- Repeat Guests of Valle Creek Cabin will receive a 5% discount when booking a return visit. Reach out to our reservation team for details.&nbsp;<br />

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
