Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman&rsquo;s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine &amp; Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.<br />

Additional Notes:<br />
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.<br />
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV&#39;s. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.<br />
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)<br />
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.<br />
- Though the driveway is level, 4WD may be required to enter the community in times of snow or ice, and chains may also be necessary. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.<br />
- All linens and towels provided.<br />
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.<br />
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.&nbsp;<br />
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.<br />
All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a &quot;starter set&quot; of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.&nbsp;<br />

- Checkout by 10am<br />
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.&nbsp;<br />
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.<br />
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.<br />
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.&nbsp;<br />
- Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.&nbsp;<br />
- Host is not responsible for items left in the home.&nbsp;<br />

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. &nbsp; &nbsp;
