This charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath vacation rental offers a relaxing retreat with a 67’ boat dock, perfect for boating enthusiasts. You have unrestricted boating access to Boot Key Harbor, no low bridges, easy access to both the Atlantic and Golf of Mexico. Located in the heart of Boot Key Harbor in Marathon, Florida, just minutes away from the famous 7 Mile Bridge and stunning Sombrero Beach, this tastefully decorated home is an ideal base for world-class fishing, diving, and snorkeling adventures.
Explore the island with the 4 bicycles provided, ideal for cruising around Marathon and discovering nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. Unwind at the outdoor tiki bar or enjoy a leisurely evening under the stars. Prepare your fresh catch of the day at the convenient fish cleaning station and store your bait in the freezer provided. The split bedroom layout offers privacy, while the open living and kitchen space is perfect for socializing and relaxing. The outdoor shower is a perfect option after a long day on the boat or at the beach. On-site trailer parking is limited to 28 feet, however we can provide a list of off-site trailer parking for trailers longer than 28 feet.
Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby 9-hole course at the Florida Keys Country Club. Explore the diverse attractions nearby, including the Turtle Hospital, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, Dolphin Research Center, Pigeon Key State Park, and Crane Point Hammock. Seven night minimum required per local ordinances. All children MUST be supervised at all times. Although this home appears ground level home, it does have 4 stairs to navigate on the interior and exterior. Strictly no pets are allowed. Smoking or vaping is only permitted on the boat dock. Parking is available for 2 cars and 1 boat trailer, all vehicles/trailer must be parked off the main street and on the driveway. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Main Guest must be 25 years or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 4 people, and all guests need to be registered with the rental manager. Check-In is at 4pm. Check-Out is at 10am, unless otherwise arranged with the Rental Manager prior to arrival. To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance policy. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable $3,000 Security Deposit will be collected. There is a 4% credit card processing fee or you may pay with an e-check with no additional charges. **PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH AN E-CHECK, THIS PAYMENT OPTION IS THE SAME AS PAYING WITH A PAPER CHECK. IF YOUR E-CHECK IS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 RETURNED CHECK FEE AND BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CREDIT CARD WITH A 4% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE.
Please submit a copy of your driver's license to your Rental Manager for our records.
All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned to the Rental Manager prior to check-in. Bluescape Vacation Rentals has Terms and Conditions of use for all the properties we manage, including this home. As a renter of this home, you and your guests agree to the Terms and Conditions of Bluescape Vacation Rentals. Once a deposit is paid to us by you, or through any booking platform you choose to book the property and that act will acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. Terms and Conditions are attached to every reservation confirmation. Terms and Conditions will be sent via an e-sign document that is required to be signed after booking.
