*There are smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Wi-Fi and cable are provided.
*Two full Bathrooms, one is located in the primary bedroom, both have standup showers.
*Outdoor Oasis: Enjoy the expansive 35-foot concrete seawall with dock posts, cleats, and a swim ladder. The seawall can accommodate up to a 30' boat—ideal for fishing, sunbathing, or simply enjoying the gentle ocean breeze. Your boat must fit, tip to tip with the motor up, within the 35' of seawall. Stunning canal views in two directions from the covered patio, with a view of the ocean to the northeast. We have a lower level fridge and freezer for your bait and fresh catch, and you will have use of our lockable storeroom under the home, for your dive and fishing gear, or personal items such as suitcases and beach paraphernalia.
*Fish Cleaning Station: For the anglers among you, our dedicated fish cleaning station makes it easy to prepare your catch of the day.
*If fishing isn't in your plans for the day, and lounging and reading a book is more to your liking, we have 2 lounge chairs by the seawall.
*Open Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen opens to a welcoming dining area that comfortably seats up to 4, perfect for family meals or entertaining friends.
*Laundry Facilities: A full size washer and dryer are available within the home, so you can pack light and keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.
*We have 4 adult bikes for your use.
*The upper deck has outdoor seating for 4-6 and under the house there’s a patio set for 6 people.
*A gas grill is provided on the lower patio area facing the canal.
*Sleeps 6 with a queen bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the Guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

You may be wondering why our rates are much lower than others during September, October, and Nov. These months are our slowest season and we want our place rented. Venture Out entrance fee paid upon arrival at the gate: $125. This must be paid by cash or credit card (credit card processing fee applies).

Additional parking fee: please inquire based upon size of vehicle. Additional parking is first come first served and not guaranteed. Our Realtor will give you alternative parking options ahead of time. Please no smoking in the home and no pets. We speak French and English.
We would like all potential guests to be aware that we are a private and individually owned residential condominium and NOT A RESORT, therefore we ask that all guests treat our community as such. seems to have verbiage that says we are a resort but this is not accurate.
Venture Out is a golf cart friendly, private gated community that boasts a plethora of amenities to elevate your stay to the next level. Indulge in all of the amenities here, including a Marina store with fuel onsite, bait and convenience market, boat wash down station, 80-foot heated pool, Jacuzzi, large kiddie pool, salt water swimming lagoon, post office, 2 lighted tennis courts, basketball and bocce courts.

Located inside Venture Out on Cudjoe Key. A separate Registration Fee of $125 (subject to change) will be charged by Venture Out at time of arrival. Parking for 1 vehicle per Unit is allowed under the home (no exceptions). Extra parking permit may be available at the Guard Station for an additional nightly fee for a maximum of 14 days depending on availability. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay.
To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable $1,500 Security Deposit will be collected. Main guest must email a copy of your driver's license to the Rental Manager after booking has been accepted. The vacation rental agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking acceptance. There is a 4% credit card processing fee or you may pay with an e-check with no additional charges. **PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH AN E-CHECK, THIS PAYMENT OPTION IS THE SAME AS PAYING WITH A PAPER CHECK. IF YOUR E-CHECK IS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 RETURNED CHECK FEE AND BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CREDIT CARD WITH A 4% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE.
