The bedrooms on the west side of the open floor plan living are a Gulf front Queen bedroom with cable TV and fourth bedroom with 2 twins. The west full bath is equipped with a walk in shower. An additional half bath is located just off the living and dining area. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen has ample storage and countertop prep space and a kitchen bar that seats three, with a glass top dining table nearby.
