Lewis Landing is a great Island cottage. Enjoy a Gulf view from the large open front deck and a Bay view from the large open back deck! The home has an open floor plan with three bedrooms and two full baths. The Master bedroom has a Queen sized bed and private full bath. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. Lewis Landing is pet friendly with a low $30 per pet fee!
Amenities: Central heat/air conditioning, two large open decks, phone, 2 Cable TV's, DVD, full size washer/dryer. Well equipped kitchen includes all dishware, utensils, glassware, pots/pans, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, automatic drip coffee maker and toaster oven.
Bed sizes: 1 Queen, 1 Double, 1 Double/Twin Bunk
No smoking. Pet friendly with $30/per pet fee, leash law is strictly enforced. 11% lodging tax, $30 reservation fee and $75.00 cleaning fee added to all reservations. Refundable $200 damage deposit required. Payment equal to one half of the rental amount is due 60 days prior to arrival for summer season reservations.
