Kitchen: Fully stocked and farmhouse-style, or for all your cooking needs! Included are a coffee maker, hardwood floors and granite countertops. Living/Eating Area: Open-concept space with beautiful dining table for 6 and comfortable furniture surrounding the large stone fireplace. You will find a sandy beach, a floating swim planform, docks, and a gazebo, grill, and firepit for outdoor entertaining. Additional Features: High speed wi-fi, cable TV and washer/dryer included. In January 2022, two portable air conditioners were added to the upstairs master bedroom as well as the main level dining area. ***PET POLICY - Pets are not permitted on this property. ***PLEASE NOTE - Quiet hours between 10 and 8 AM are strictly enforced.
