It offers stunning views and easy access to a myriad of activities, from skiing at Cannon, Loon or Bretton Woods to hiking one of the thousands of trails of all levels to visiting one of the many kid-friendly attractions. But you&#39;ll also want to spend some time at the house itself, with its great natural setting, and a lovely firepit to make s&#39;mores. Challenge your family at a game of ping pong, and skip the restaurants and make yourself a nice meal in the fully equipped kitchen or on the outdoor gas grill, while soaking in the serene surroundings. But of course, don&#39;t forget to visit the lovely nearby towns of Franconia, gateway to Franconia Notch State Park, and Littleton, named one of America&#39;s best main street, with its quaint New England vibe, great restaurants, brewery, shops and galleries.<br />

The main level welcomes you with a covered porch, great to read a book or sip a cup of coffee on a rainy afternoon. Enter through the mudroom, offering plenty of space to store your gear. Once inside, you will find an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen, with a wood stove to keep you warm and cozy when the weather gets chilly (but don&#39;t worry, there is also central heat!). While live TV is currently not offered (but feel free to plug in your laptop via HDMI!), lots of games, DVDs and VCR tapes, and even an XBox will keep your young ones entertained! And a full house generator will keep the lights on even if the power goes out.&nbsp;<br />

On the same level, you will find two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a washer and dryer. Upstairs you will find a King suite with an attached full bathroom, as well as a small sitting area with a game table for two, and a bookshelf with some games, movies, and books for your entertainment.&nbsp;<br />

<strong>Occupancy and Pets</strong>

<li>The total number of guests at the property must not exceed the number listed in the booking. The guest count should reflect the correct number of adults (12+) and children (2+). <li>Pets not allowed. Immediate termination of the lease with no refunds and a $300 cleaning fee will be assessed for unauthorized pets.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Each property has parking limits based on capacity and/or potential rules of the Homeowner&rsquo;s Association. Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the physical property and the space of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed.</li>
<li>Access from parking to the front door requires climbing three steps.</li>

<strong>Trash and Recycling</strong>

<li>Bagged trash and recycling will be collected after your departure. The local transfer station is also available during your stay should you need to dispose of trash.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes. The home has a security camera aimed at the driveway.</li>

<li>Rural homes may encounter pests like bears, mice, lady beetles, and wasps. To minimize this, we ask that trash not be left outside. We actively manage these situations while prioritizing environmentally friendly methods and limiting the use of chemicals.</li>
