The view and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. The unit itself needed many updates. There was a crack in the bathtub, the railing in the shower was falling off, the cabinets were peeling, bunkbeds need replacing, the bed was very squeaky.

Was a seamless process start to finish. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, and I loved the app functionality. Condo was quiet and peaceful, and I loved the courtesy beach seating and umbrellas, as well as the other perks. Unit was clean and functional. Cabinet faces could use some updating, but did not detract from the stay. Would definitely stay with Brooks and Shorey my next trip down!

The reservation process was very easy, the description is very accurate and YES you do have a view to the beach! Check in was promptly and earlier than expected. Only thing i didnt see an ice machine on property and one of the balcony chais was broken.but overall great stay perfect for a small family.

Overall, the hotel is well maintained, cleaned when we arrived. The staff kept us informed on all matters via emails. One thing I’d like to recommend is the bed frame needs to be upgraded as it makes noises due to loose screws/nails..
