This condo was just as represented. Mostly updated recently. Great kitchen, comfortable beds, roomy, great view of the beach from the large porch.
A really nice perk included was having the use of an umbrella and two beach chairs set up daily on the beach.
This unit was on the 2nd floor at the end of the building and it was so easy to walk down one flight of stairs and access the walkway to the beach.
Loved the entire experience and have reserved it for next spring! Thank you Brooks and Shorey Resorts for your help in making our new reservation.

Perfect Week in a Perfect Condo! 2021-09-26

This condo was perfection! It was on the 2nd floor which allowed us to enjoy the beach and ocean. It’s decorated in a cool beach theme that is upscale which we really enjoyed. Everything with the rental company was smooth and there were no issues. We had such a great time that I reserved it for a week in May (2022) and tried to reserve it for another week in September next year (the calendar wasn’t up yet but I’ll be checking back.) Thanks for sharing this slice of heaven with us and we’ll see you next year!

We brought our mothers on this trip and they slept well, were comfortable and really enjoyed the view from our condo. The 4 of us had plenty of room really enjoyed the great decor and the furniture was comfortable. We did have maintenance come to tighten the table as it wobbled and they showed up quickly. We did frequently trip stepping out on balcony but there is nothing that can be done for that. We would definitely recommend this unit. We would recommend the property owners do something about the slippery steps getting into the pool several people including myself slipped. As a result I have missed work and will probably need a surgery to fix my knee.

The condo was very clean and in a great location. We enjoyed staying in this condo with a wonderful view of the beach and ocean. Watch your step to the balcony though we tripped a couple of times but I would definitely stay here again!

We were pleasantly surprised that the condo had been updated from the photos that were posted. Everything appeared to be clean and in order. The view was great and close to the ocean so we could hear the waves. The beaches and pool were just what we were wanting. It was close driving distance to the restaurants and attractions but still on the quiet and of the beach. Loved it and would stay again.
