Nice condo but need to update 2022-10-28

The unit was clean but very sparse on furniture. Only had one sofa with no other furniture. There is no curtain on the balcony window. Kitchen dishes were only for four people. Owner needs to update.

Love Pelican isle, but not unit 315. 2022-10-10

We love pelican isle and have stayed here many times, just not in unit 315.
There is barely any seating in the living area.
Barely any dishes/silverware in the kitchen.
No curtains or blinds in the living area & no curtains in the bedroom.
These are all things that all the other condos we’ve stayed in had every time. Just some suggestions for you all to give to the condo owners.
We will stay at Pelican isle again, just not in 315 ��

Property is not equipped for more than 2 guests even though it is advertised as sleeping six there is only enough seating for 2 unless you want to sit on a hard dining chair. There are also not enough dishes or silverware for more than 3. The ink twice

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Isle R315. The condominium was coinvent. In a great location. Pool and Hot tub were nice. Loved the access to the beach chairs with our stay. It helped not having to carry so much to the beach. The Condo was somewhat clean when we arrived. The bed sheets were not washed. There was sand all in the beds. Including the bunk beds. There was not a broom in the condo for us to use during our stay. Would have helped to keep things clean. Overall, nice place to stay.

Location was great. Beach chair and umbrella service was great! Condo was good but there was a couple of things that are needed: an accent chair in living room. There is inly a couch so anyone else has to sit on dining chairs or bar stools. There is enough room for an addition easy chair. The couch is a pullout bed and there is no kind of window covering for the sliding door. If the couch is used as a bed it would be very difficult to sleep after it becomes light. The view and balcony is great. Kitchen is nicely stocked. We enjoyed our stay very much. We did go on a snorkel excursion— would pass on it again and we did a dolphin excursion which was okay— i know its difficult based kn the dolphins.. however we went in one in oct and it was amazing. Inwould stay here again bc it was just my husband and I.

Beautiful condo. Loved that the decor wasn't overpowering and cluttered. We also love that the drapes have been removed from the balcony doors. We will definitely stay here again.

This unit was nice enough. There were beautiful views and it was clean. The air conditioner had problems when we first arrived, but maintenance got right on it and the issue was resolved. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. I think with some upgrades I could give this a 5 star review.

We had a pleasant stay in this condo. It was just as described. Well stocked and clean. This unit is directly over the pool. We visited early in the season so noise was not an issue, but I could see how it might be later in the season. We have stayed at the Pelican Isle 2 different times. Both with a positive experience. Overall a great condo!

I love the location, place and the views. They make it very easy to check in and out. The only problem that I had that made the trip horrible was smoking on the balcony. It was unbearable you couldn't sit out there and enjoy the ocean because all you could smell was people smoking not just cigarettes but weed too. It didn't matter if it was 5am or 11pm it was 24 hours. It was bad.

We absolutely loved this condo and property. The location was amazing and the beach was beautiful with white clean sand. It was never super crowded and chairs and umbrellas are set up daily to use. If you get tired of the beach, the heated pool is available and great for all ages. We vacationed with our children 9 and 2 and the condo was perfect. There is ample room to sleep and the kids loved the bunkbed. The unit was very clean and updated and had a beautiful view of the ocean and white sandy beach. The in unit laundry was perfect as well. We were so sad to leave but we look forward to coming again next year!

This was our first stay on Okaloosa Island. Brooks and Shorey was highly recommended by our son. He made our reservation and we were set. Check in and check out was so easy. Everything was online or in the app. The room was keyless entry (keypad) so there’s no need to keep up with a physical key. The room was spotless. There was plenty of space for us to relax the several days we were there. The view was excellent. The beach was perfect. We cannot wait to make a return trip to Okaloosa Island again. We will definitely be using B&S when we come back!

Pelican Isle, Unit 315. We booked a last minute trip and it was easy to reserve online. Information was sent in a timely manner and the app was great with information about checking in etc.
The condo was very clean and the view was amazing. The only thing I would recommend are a few more mugs, glasses and cutlery. Easy access to the beach and pool. The beach toys and floats from the sand library were a great addition. The extras from Brooks and Shorey were an added bonus. We took advantage of the free movie rental and ticket for the dolphin cruise.
The condo is situated on the far end of the isle so it is quiet, but a few minutes drive will take you to the Boardwalk, pier and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
