In a word - fantastic. The condo was clean, spacious well appointed and exactly as advertised. Pelican Isle was great. Plenty of parking. The pool and beach were wonder. We are planning to go back in 23. Also we have stayed in Destin many years and found we like the Fort Walto and Okaloosa Island better.

I rented three units for our annual family gathering at the beach. Each unit was great. We had a beautiful week to enjoy the beach and play golf. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

The condo was clean and loved the decor. Kitchen had everything we needed. (Except kitchen towels) we will definitely stay in this unit in the future.

This beautiful condo is directly on the beach. The balcony view of the beach was amazing. We also enjoyed using the beach chairs and umbrella that was provided.

Room was nice, weather was awful. We purchased trip insurance in hopes to cover the unexpected, but it remains to be seen if it was truly worth the added expense. Day was windy with occasional showers , day two was rainy and very windy, day three was miserable. Day 4 Lights went out. Elevator stopped working for the remainder of our stay. Stuck on the island due to water over the roads. Stores and restaurants were closed on day 5, still blowing and somewhat wet. Day 6 sunny and beaches were littered with debris. Time to huff our luggage down from the 4th floor because the Elevator was still out. The only thing nice about the stay was the room.

Beautiful condo and property. Great view of the beach. People are very loud at night and in the morning going down the hall. This condo has the bedroom right next to the hall near the elevator. Also, we specifically asked if the hot tub was open, and told yes by the management company over email, but it had been closed for over a month and a half due to covid.
