The condo sleeps a total of 6 guests with a King size bed in the bedroom, twin size bunks in the hall and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The full kitchen is just perfect for any meal preparation. Two full bathrooms, washer and dryer and a private balcony can be found in this great condo.
An elegant retreat awaits you from the moment you step inside! The condo features flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom AND the bunks, as well as FREE WIFI! Beautiful 1BR/2BA beachfront unit on the top floor. Great for a couple wanting a quiet beach vacation!

The ONLY one bedroom on the top floor, unit 602 is truly ONE-OF-A-KIND. The views it affords are absolutely breathtaking and the Gulf of Mexico couldn't be any closer or more conveniently located to you when you stay at Pelican Isle. Being down towards the end of Okaloosa Island, Pelican Isle is QUIET and peaceful-not as much of a crowd as at the beginning of the island. Yet the amenities on property are just what everyone needs on a beach vacation. The pool area is on the South/Gulf side of the building so you are right at the beach access boardwalk when enjoying the pool and hot tub. Another plus to this is you can see the pool/hot tub area from your keep in mind this TOP FLOOR unit is 6 stories up! This helps eliminate noises coming from the pool making their way to you while you're enjoying the gorgeous sunset from your own private balcony. You'll find true rest and relaxation greet you when you stay in PI 602. A functional and convenient fitness area rests on property near the pool area. If you're looking for a relaxing "time out" from the real world, this is the place!

The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving and beginning the week of Christmas until March 31st.
All units at Pelican Isle have a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and miles of beaches, with white sands extending past the Okaloosa Pier. The resort includes a pool, spa, workout facilities, a barbeque grilling area, and boardwalk access to the beach.
All of our daily and weekly guests receive the following complimentary guest package: 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella set up for you on the beach daily (March 1 to October 31); 1 free round of golf at your choice of 6 different courses daily; 1 free pass to a dolphin cruise daily (March to October 31) ; 1 free adult pass to a snorkeling cruise daily (March to September 30) and free WiFi.

Had exact layout / floor plan of other rooms we've stayed in but for lower price and beach service included! Rooms was clean and had what we needed. Smaller place , outside Destin, if you don't mind driving a few miles to go into Destin for restaurants etc then this is your place!

Overall very happy with the stay. One elevator went out, that was a bummer. The smoking area is not shaded or marked very well. All in all we had a great time, as always.

We enjoyed the place and the particular property. It's a good location. We loved having covered parking and umbrella and chair rental. The condo was comfortable and well stocked. Only two concerns: the master bedroom had dust hanging on the wall behind the bed and the nightstand. And the bathroom sink drips in the master bath. Just FYI the Alexa didn't work either. Not sure what it was supposed to control.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Pelican isle is a nice smaller rental property and we like that. We also like the hot tub!

Wonderful condo! Very, very clean. Kitchen has everything you need well stocked! Great ocean view & comfy balcony furniture. Loved the hotel style comforter on the King bed. We had a wonderful time. This trip was a surprise from my hubby for our 37th wedding anniversary. The staff a Brooks an Shorey were friendly and professional and they made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, the location was very nice and that view from that balcony was priceless!! I would definitely recommend this property. We will stay there again.

The property was exactly as described, clean and well-maintained. The property manager, Brooks & Shorey Resprts were an absolute pleasure to work with. They provided a lot of information, helpful and quick responses.
