It was better than expected! We were so thrilled with the entire layout! there was room to move around and it wasn't cluttered like some places we have stayed! The modern style was Awesome! Being on the top floor was amazing, you could see everything & enjoy the ocean! We had perfect weather for being January, the temps were in the high 60's but on the balcony it was much warmer. GREAT! We love the planes & copters from Elgin flying over, we miss the sound of them not to mention the ocean! This is our new favorite place to stay. We will be back next year for sure!

The condo was very clean, the view was incredible, we were close to just about anything we wanted to do. Went to Destin a couple of times but enjoyed being in Ft Walton. The property itself was kept up nice, Beach service was spot on as well.

The condo was perfect. It was very well maintained and clean. Only had one issue with a tv and they came very quickly to fix the problem. It was very well stocked with whatever you needed in the kitchen. Loved the balcony. The views were amazing.

The best thing about it is the view. Wish I did more research into it before booking it. The swimming pool in the parking lot, the beach chairs won't recline all the way down and at 5 pm they must take them.

We were so impressed with this beautiful condo. The condo is very well equipped and comfortable. The balcony is huge with a table and chairs and some chairs off of the bedroom as well. We will stay here for our annual trip to Florida from now on.
