Property Description

This tranquil woodland cabin is located at the quietest part of Bryce Resort. Enjoy the serenity of the forest from the front porch, back deck, or backyard firepit. The cabin is accessible by three steps from the gravel driveway. This cabin is located about 2.5 miles away from the main lodge, ski/bike lifts and Basye Community Store. Please take a close look at the photos. This property is ideal for families and friends. FEATURES & AMENITIES:The large living area includes a comfortable couch and loveseat. It also features a flat-screen TV and a gas log fire place (operable only from October to March). Watch your favorite TV series and movies using your preferred streaming provider. The kitchen and dining area are conveniently located next to and open to the living space. The kitchen includes basic cookware and tableware as well as appliances. A drip coffee maker is also included (filters are provided, but you should bring your favorite grind). The laundry room is off the kitchen. The main hallway leads away from the living area to the cabin's three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large bedroom features a queen-sized bed with an en-suite bath; the second bedroom is a bunk-bed (twin on top, full below) and the third bedroom is a twin-size bed. Sleeps 6-8 guests comfortably, depending on guest preferences. The cabin comes with bedding (pillows and bedspreads), fresh bed linens. It also includes one towel per maximum occupant, two dishwasher tabs per bathroom, five trash bags per bathroom, a bath trash bag, a paper towel roll, a kitchen dish towel, scrubbing pads, and sanitizing soap. We encourage guests who have large groups or are staying for several nights or who use a lot of consumables to bring extra supplies, or buy them at the Basye Community Store. WiFi internet is available with 50mbps cable Internet. This is enough for working, videoconferencing, light gaming and web browsing. **This is a property that allows self-check-in. Check-in instructions will be sent to guests seven days before the arrival date or immediately if they book within seven days. The Check-in instructions include the property address and driving directions, as well as a unique Key Code. OTHER NOTABLES:Pets are NOT permitted. This property does not have a spa. It has a wood-burning fireplace. The Bryce Mountain Escapes Pool is located at our check-in desk (2565 Orkney Grade Mount Jackson, VA 22842; approximately 3.2 miles away from this cabin). You can see pictures of the pool in our unit listing. It is open Monday through Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day, 9am-5pm. Local security and police enforce the quiet hours after 10:00pm until 8:00am. MOUNTAIN & VALLEY FUN:Bryce Resort has many activities throughout the year. These include snow skiing/boarding and snow tubing. Other activities and features include swimming in Lake Laura, canoeing and paddle boarding.
