Property Description

This cozy unit is situated in the first of three condominium buildings at the base Bryce Resort’s ski slopes and bike trails. This property is incredibly convenient: it's only a 50-yard stroll to the main ski/bikelift, 75-yards to the ski/bike store, and 100-yards to the main lodge, bar, and restaurant of the resort. The golf course pro-shop is only 0.4 miles away or a short drive. The Aspen East Pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day from 7am-10pm), located adjacent to the building, is a favorite of both kids and adults.   FEATURES & AMENITIES: Aspen East #137 has one bedroom and one bathroom. It is located on the third (top) level, 32 steps from the parking lot. The slope-side balcony offers a wonderful view of the ski runs, the Resort facilities, the valley and a side view to the community pool. The vaulted ceilings of this unit and the five windows fill the condo with natural light. The reward is well worth the effort!   This unit features a galley style kitchen. Dining can be done at the eat-at bar in the kitchen or a small area adjacent to the kitchen and living room. The living room has a large stone fireplace, rustic furniture (including a sofa bed), a flat-screen TV, and a view of the beginner's ski slope. The bedroom has two queen beds, a flat-screen TV and rustic furnishings. The bathroom has separate powder and toilet/shower rooms. The condo can comfortably accommodate four people.   Please take a close look at the photos. This condo is rustic, but clean and well-maintained. This is a comfortable, affordable retreat for guests of all types.   The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and tableware. Appliances are also provided. Please bring your favorite grind. The condo also comes with bedding (pillows and blankets), fresh linens for the beds, a towel set per maximum occupants. There is also a travel-size bar of soap per maximum occupants. We encourage guests who have large groups, are staying for several nights, or are heavy consumers of consumables to bring extra supplies, or purchase them from the local Basye Community Store.   The condo building has a shed located on the ground floor to the left of the building that provides firewood from late fall until early spring.   The flat-screen TVs come with basic cable and the high-speed WiFi internet of 50mbps is enough for streaming, working and limited gaming. Our Check-in Office has a DVD player and a large selection of DVDs that you can borrow for free during your stay.   OTHER NOTABLES: Pets are allowed for $100 per pet per stay (maximum of two). This is a Self Check-In unit. You will receive check-in instructions 7 days before your arrival (or immediately, if you book within 7 days), which include the property address, driving directions and a unique Key Code.   Local security and police enforce the quiet hours after 10:00pm.   MOUNTAIN & VALLEY FUN: Bryce Resort has many activities throughout the year. These include snow skiing/boarding and snow tubing. Other activities include swimming in Lake Laura, canoeing and paddle boarding.
