This amazing top floor double condo has vaulted high ceilings. It is located in one of three condo buildings near the Bryce Resort ski slopes and mountain biking trails. This condo is unlike any other in terms of comfort, convenience and views. The main ski/bike lift is 75 yards away, the ski/bike store is 100 yards away, and the main lodge, restaurant, and bar of the resort are 125 yards. The golf course pro-shop is within a short drive or 0.4 mile walking distance. The Aspen East Pool is also a 25-yard stroll for both kids and adults. It's open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, 7am-10pm. Features & amenities:Aspen East Unit #333-334 has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and is located on the third (top) level. There are 32 steps from the parking lot. The unit has two balconies. One offers a view of the Bryce Resort Golf Course, the airport and Great North Mountain. The other provides a front row seat to the White Lightning slope. The 10 windows and vaulted ceilings of this unit highlight the views and bring light into the condo. This condo is worth the effort! The living room and kitchen are adjacent, with a large smart TV mounted on the wall. The modern kitchen, large eat-at-bar, and large dining table have all been recently renovated. The dining/living area has a large stone fireplace (wood burning), comfortable furnishings, including two full-size sofas. It also offers a great view of the White Lightning slope and mountain bike trails. The main bedroom features a king-size bed, a queen-size sleeper sofa, a private bathroom, access to a mountain view balcony, a huge stone fireplace that is inoperable, and a smart television. The second bedroom features a built-in bunk with two twin beds on top and two full-size bed below. The living room doubles as an extra sleeping area with two full-size sofa beds and easy access to the third full bathroom. This condo can comfortably accommodate 10. This comfortable, convenient and well-appointed tree-house-level condominium is a great retreat for guests who are looking for a luxurious getaway. The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and tableware. Appliances are also available. A basket-style drip machine (with a washable gold filter) is included. Please bring your own favorite grind. The property includes bedding (pillows and blankets), fresh linens for the beds, one towel per maximum occupant, one bar of soap in travel-size per maximum occupant, two dishwasher tabs per bathroom, three kitchen trashbags per bath, a paper towel roll per kitchen, a kitchen dish towel per kitchen, a travel-size soap in dishwashing liquid, and scrubbing pads. We encourage guests who have large groups, are staying for several nights, or are heavy consumers of consumables to bring extra supplies, or purchase them from the local Basye Community Store. Firewood is not provided. Guests who wish to use the fireplace in the living room can purchase bundles of firewood at the Basye Community Store. The 150mbps WiFi internet speed is sufficient for streaming, gaming, and working on multiple devices. Other Notables:Pets are NOT permitted. This is a Self Check-In unit.
