This newly renovated woodland condo is situated in a quiet part of Bryce Resort near Lake Laura. Enjoy the serenity of the forest from the entry deck. The ground floor is the only way to enter this condo. The condo is 30 steps from the parking lot. Winter months can be slippery. Use the provided shovels, ice melting and hand rails if needed. This condo is located within the Bryce Resort Community, about 2.5 miles away from the Resort's main Lodge and ski/bike Lifts. It is also only 1 mile away from the Basye Community Store and Smiley's Ice Cream & Mini-Golf. Please take a moment to carefully review the listing pictures. This property is ideal for couples or groups of friends who are looking for a quiet and affordable mountain retreat. FEATURES & AMENITIES:The living room includes a comfortable loveseat, two chairs, a small fireplace, and a TV with smart technology. Watch your favorite TV series and movies using your preferred streaming provider. The open-plan efficiency kitchen and dining room is adjacent to the living area. The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and tableware. It also has a microwave, NutriChef mini oven with hot plates, a refrigerator and a coffee maker. (Please bring your favorite coffee flavor or roast). The large bedroom features a queen-sized bed, 2 twin beds and a bathroom. Sleeps up to four people comfortably. The condo comes with bedding (pillows and bedspreads), fresh linens for the bed, a towel set per maximum occupants of the unit, two tabs per dishwasher, five trash bags per bathroom, a bath trash bag, a paper towel roll, scrubbing pads, sanitizing soaps in travel-size, sanitizing soaps in travel-size, and sanitizing towels. We encourage guests who have large groups or are staying for several nights or who use a lot of consumables to bring extra supplies, or buy them at the Basye Community Store. WiFi internet service is 150mbps, which is sufficient for working, video-conferencing, web browsing and TV streaming across many devices. **This is a property that allows self-check-in. Check-in instructions will be sent to guests via email seven working days before the arrival date or immediately if they book within seven days. The Check-in instructions include the property address and driving directions, as well as a unique Key Code. OTHER NOTABLES:Pets are NOT permitted. Parking is limited on this property. If you have more than 2 cars, please park them in the Overflow Area just beyond Townhome 18B. Please park your vehicle perpendicularly. No parallel parking. This property DOES NOT have a fire pit or outdoor hot tub. This property DOES have a grill. The Bryce Mountain Escapes Pool is located at our check-in desk (2565 Orkney grade, Mount Jackson, VA 22842), which is approximately 1.9 miles away from this property. Pictures of our pool are included in the listing for this unit. It is open Monday through Saturday, 9am-5pm between Memorial Day to Labor Day. Local security and police enforce the quiet hours after 10:00pm until 8:00am. MOUNTAIN & VALLEY FUN:Bryce Resort has many activities throughout the year. These include snow skiing/boarding and snow tubing. Other activities include swimming in Lake Laura, canoeing and paddle boarding.
