Property Description

This comfortable condo is located in the first of two mountainside condominium buildings overlooking the Bryce Resort Golf Course (winter views work best, but leaf cover creates an intimate, private experience). This unit is located on a 2 acre parcel, at the end a mountain road. It's only 1.4 miles from Bryce Resorts main lodge, golf, ski/bike lifts and restaurant & bars. The Basye Community Store is also only 1.4 miles from the condo. FEATURES & AMENITIES:Senedo Condo #302 is a top floor, three bedroom (two bedrooms with loft bedroom), 1.5 bathroom unit. It's only accessible by 13 steps from the parking lot. Its large covered terrace feels like a treehouse. Picnic tables are available in the common area outside. This unit features a galley style kitchen with a convenient eat-at bar or adjacent dining area. The kitchen also has a washer/dryer. The living room has a wood-burning fire place, rustic furniture (including a sofa bed), a flat-screen TV, and a treetop view of Bryce Resort Golf Course and Great North Mountain. Winter views are the best. The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a half bathroom with a sauna and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed with easy access to the main bathroom. The loft bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The condo can comfortably sleep six people, but with the sleeper sofa in the living room it can sleep up to eight. Please take a close look at the photos. This condo is rustic, but clean and well-maintained. It's not modern but it is a comfortable and affordable retreat for guests of all ages. The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware and tableware. Appliances are also provided. Please bring your favorite grind. The condo also comes with bedding (pillows and blankets), fresh linens for the beds, a towel set per maximum occupant, a travel-size bar of soap per maximum occupant, two dishwasher tabs per bathroom, three kitchen trashbags, a bath trashbag, ten paper towel rolls, ten kitchen dish towels, ten travel-size soaps, ten scrubby pads, and two laundry pods. We encourage guests who have large groups, are staying for several nights, or are heavy consumers of consumables to bring extra supplies, or purchase them from the local Basye Community Store. The firewood bin is located beneath the maintenance building, between the two condominium buildings. The flat-screen TVs come with basic cable and the high-speed WiFi internet of 50mbps is enough for streaming, working and limited gaming. The Reception Office has a DVD player and a large selection of DVDs that you can borrow for free during your stay. OTHER NOTABLES:Pets are allowed for $100 per pet per stay (maximum of two). This is a Self Check-In unit. You will receive instructions for check-in via email seven working days before your arrival (or immediately, if you book within seven days). These instructions include the property address, driving directions, an unique Key Code and other important information. Local security and police enforce the quiet hours after 10:00pm. MOUNTAIN & VALLEY FUN:Bryce Resort has many activities throughout the year. These include snow skiing/boarding and snow tubing. Bryce Resort also makes a great starting point for other adventures in the northern Shenandoah valley, such as hiking, fishing, hot-air ballooning, visiting wineries and breweries.
