Just a few miles north is the Happy Valley Towne Center, which offers more shopping and dining. Lake Pleasant Lake can be found just a few minutes away. You can reach the Cardinals Stadium, the Westgate District, which has restaurants, shops, theatres and sporting events, as well as the Desert Diamond Casino, by driving south on the 101. There is so much to see and do. This can take anywhere from 30-45 minutes depending on the time of day. Pets are allowed with approval. Pet poop must be picked up by guests and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Additional fees and deposits are possible. This is not a house for parties. Please be considerate to our neighbors. DO NOT touch pool equipment or remove the water leveler or cleaner. A $500 fine is charged for tampering pool equipment. Trash is collected on Thursday. We offer a concierge service that will pull your cans out to the curb. Recycling materials should only be placed in the Recycle bin. Extra trash will be charged $75 for service.
