This home has three bedrooms, plus a OFFICE and two bathrooms, billiards, and a large family room. The gourmet kitchen with island, Silestone countertops, and upgraded white cabinetry will be a hit. The home comes fully equipped with pots and pans as well as dishes, silverware and cooking dishes. Just down the street is a grocery store. The vaulted ceilings give this home a feeling of spaciousness. Plantation shutters and recessed lighting are installed on all windows and sliding door. The Primary Suite features a private door to the backyard and a doggie exit. The Primary Suite features a King-size bed, a super-sized smart TV, a large walk in closet, a double-size glass block WALK IN SHOWER and a private toilet room. The other two bedrooms, located on the opposite side of house, are also very spacious. One bedroom has two Queen-size beds, a smart TV, and a doggie gate leading to a secure pet run. This home is conveniently located near North Peoria. Easy access to Arrowhead with its shopping and dining and the Peoria sports complex. Just a few miles north is the Happy Valley Towne Center, which offers more shopping and dining. Lake Pleasant Lake can be found just a few minutes away. You can reach the Cardinals Stadium, the Westgate District, which has restaurants, shops, theatres and sporting events, as well as the Desert Diamond Casino, by driving south on the 101. There is so much to see and do. This can take anywhere from 30-45 minutes depending on the time of day. Pets are allowed with approval. Pet poop must be picked up by guests and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Additional fees and deposits are possible. This is not a house for parties.
