Booking and Policies

At License to Chill, we understand that pets are part of the family, which is why we allow reservations for up to two pets with additional fees. Our spacious townhouse can accommodate three cars in the gravel driveway. Please note that the primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book the property. When it comes to cancellations, we offer a full refund within 24 hours of booking. If you need to cancel more than 30 days before your arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. However, please be aware that no refund will be provided within 30 days of arrival, unless covered by travel insurance. If you have any specific questions or inquiries, please fill out the provided form, and our property management team will be happy to assist you.
