Gold Ridge Getaway is located on Appalachian Ski Mountain and is centrally located to all year-round activities. Appalachian Ski Mountain with its family-friendly resort, ski slopes, and ice skating arena is only six minutes away. Within five miles, you'll find Tweetsie Railroad and Mystery Hill. High Gravity Adventures is also nearby. Downtown Blowing Rock is less than 10 minute drive away and offers local shopping, dining, and a beautiful park with tennis and b-ball courts. Enjoy the mountain views from afar by taking a hike on the hiking trails, or by hopping on The Blue Ridge Parkway. Boone is located 20 minutes from the hotel and offers many outdoor activities and restaurants.

Golden Ridge Getaway is a two-leveled home with a spacious main floor. The home is cozy and inviting. Leather furniture is arranged around the HDTV and fireplace. After a day on the slopes, you can relax in front of the fire with a hot chocolate. The spacious back deck is located just off the living room and features outdoor dining, grilling, and breathtaking mountain views. The dining area, which is open to the fully equipped kitchen, can accommodate six guests. The house features a game room for guests of all ages. The lower deck features a covered hot-tub for guests to relax after a day of shopping or hiking. Enjoy your morning coffee while admiring the Blue Ridge Mountains.

This four bedroom, three bath cottage can accommodate up to eight people. The master bedroom is on the main level. The exposed beams are complemented by vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. The ensuite has double vanities, makeup counters, a soaker tub, and a vanity. The master bedroom features a deck and a sitting area where you can enjoy a sweet drink. On the lower level, three additional bedrooms share one full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds and TVs. The third bedroom has a twin bed with twin trundle and a full-size baby crib.

Other amenities include WiFi, central heating and air conditioning, as well a washer and tumble-dryer. Please be aware of the exterior security cameras. There is parking for four vehicles on the paved driveway. Winter travelers may want to consider AWD or 4-wheel drive.

Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be reimbursed.
