The Mod Lodge is a charming tiny home designed for a cozy mountain escape. The loft features a king bed, where you can unwind while watching TV or slide open the door to let in the refreshing mountain air. On the main level, you'll find a well-appointed bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Additional amenities include WiFi, a mini-split on the main level, and a washer and dryer. Up to 2 dogs are welcome on your vacation. The home is accessed via a short steep gravel driveway. AWD or 4WD and chains is recommended for winter travelers.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund.  If you cancel more than 15 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date.  Cancellations within 15 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund.  If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
