The Bearly Inn is a beautiful new luxury home in The Lodges at Eagles Nest nestled on a peaceful parcel. The desirable gated Eagles Nest community provides guests access to many family friendly amenities! Just outside of Banner Elk and beside Beech Mountain, this house is convenient to Boone, Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain, Sugar Mountain, Valle Crucis, and Watauga Lake. Both Elk River and the Watauga River are also nearby.<br />

With a serene setting and fine finishes, The Bearly Inn will be an unforgettable destination for any occasion. Enjoy the gas fireplace, TV and outdoor dining on the back deck or the lounging couch on the lower deck. This home offers a main floor king suite along with an upper level king bedroom and a bunk room. Choose from shuffleboard, flat-screen TVs with guest account streaming apps, or grilling on the gas grill for your entertainment during your stay. The well-equipped kitchen will suit your needs in the open main level living area. The wall of windows allows the wood view to be enjoyed from the living room with comfortable furniture situated around the gas fireplace.&nbsp;<br />

Please note all visitors on the premises at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.&nbsp;<br />

<strong>Important Notes:</strong><br />
- Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman&#39;s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine &amp; Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.<br />
- Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM.<br />
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.<br />
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit the Off-Road Adventures website.<br />
- Guest accepts responsibility for caring for outdoor furniture during reservation. Furniture must be covered when not in use.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
- Guests can add firewood for Additional Fees on the website or by calling our office.<br />
- Please note that The Bearly Inn has wireless internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.&nbsp;<br />
- AWD/4WD vehicles are required for our mountain homes during winter and inclement weather. In heavy snow, chains may also be necessary to access the property.<br />
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)<br />
- The summer concerts are open to all guests. However, there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks<br />

CANCELLATION POLICY:</strong><br />
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
