Oates Point of View is an upscale mountain cabin that perfectly balances tasteful decor with inviting comfort. The main level features a spacious great room, seamlessly blending the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Surrounded by windows, this open layout showcases stunning mountain views. The living room boasts leather furniture arranged around a large flat-screen TV and a stacked-stone wood-burning fireplace, all set atop beautiful wood floors. Step out onto the deck to unwind with outdoor seating and a gas grill, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air.<br />
The main-level king master bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom and a TV for your convenience. The second main-level bedroom also offers a king bed, a TV, deck access, and a private ensuite bathroom. On the lower level, you’ll find two additional king bedrooms, along with a spacious family room complete with a shuffleboard table, TV, and a comfortable lounging area. A cozy alcove in the family room includes a custom twin-over-twin bunk bed, creating a perfect retreat for kids. For added flexibility, the main-level office includes a twin pull-out sofa, providing an extra sleeping option.<br />

CANCELLATION POLICY: </strong><br />
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
