Designed for comfort and convenience, Sunset Valley features single-level living with four spacious bedroom suites. Two suites offer king beds, one of which includes a queen fold-out sofa bed for additional sleeping space. The remaining two suites each feature a cozy queen bed, ensuring restful nights for all guests.<br />
The open-concept living area flows into a separate TV room with a plush sectional and direct deck access—perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day of exploring. The attached garage has been transformed into an entertainment hub, complete with a poker/bumper pool table, foosball, board games, desks for remote work or school, and a private fitness station.<br />
Step outside to enjoy the breathtaking mountain scenery from every angle. The expansive deck features a fireplace, a mounted TV, and plenty of comfortable seating for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Dine al fresco on the deck or on the patio below, where you’ll also find a relaxing hot tub with a privacy wall. The beautifully designed fire pit sits within the home’s expansive yard, providing ample space for guests to gather, play, and take in the fresh mountain air while roasting marshmallows under a star-filled sky.<br />

CANCELLATION POLICY: </strong><br />
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
