This Asheville vacation rental is located in Burnsville and is approximately 36 minutes to downtown Asheville, 2,858ft above sea level.

Important Property Notes
During spring and fall this property may have an influx of ladybugs. They are harmless and can be simply swept or vacuumed up, but if this will be of concern for your group we recommend selecting a different property for your stay.
Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
No Fires Allowed. Please note that outdoor fires are not permitted under any circumstances at this vacation rental. Please do not buy or bring a fire pit to the property, or attempt to build or use a fire ring or campfire. Please contact our office if you have any questions, and thank you for your understanding.
Sauna Closed. Please note, the sauna at Sleepy Bear is currently out-of-order due to maintenance issues.
This home is nestled in a beautiful area that is also home to North Carolina natural wildlife. North Carolina Bears are commonly passing through and around the neighborhood during the Spring-Fall months.

Please note that this propertys Non-Refundable Period is 31 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking.
