After a busy day spent exploring the area, Waterfall Manor is an easy drive home for you to refresh and then head out again to downtown Asheville, where you'll enjoy farm-to-table dining establishments, craft breweries, theater, art galleries, and a vibrant music scene. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Fletcher and is approximately 27 minutes to downtown Asheville, 2,152ft above sea level.

Important Property Notes
For safety concerns, swimming is not allowed in the pond.
Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Please note that the top floor suite occupies the entire 3rd floor. There is no door separating this bedroom from the rest of the house, and the bedroom is located immediately at the top of the stairs.
