Showcasing the dramatic natural beauty of Western North Carolina, Hickory Nut Gorge and Lake Lure are popular destinations for a myriad of recreational activities such as boating, golfing, biking, rock climbing, and hiking. Nearby Chimney Rock State Park is a 1,000-acre scenic attraction with dozens of trails and the spectacular 400-foot high Hickory Nut Falls. Delight in trying the local restaurants, plus there are many varied shops to browse. The cities of Asheville and Hendersonville are both great places to visit for fine dining, shopping, and evening entertainment. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Lake Lure and is approximately 55 minutes to downtown Asheville, 1,165ft above sea level.

Important Property Notes
Rumbling Bald Passes. Your home comes equipped with Rumbling Bald Community Passes, which give you access to several activities in the community. We do not manage the Rumbling Bald community amenities, and summertime amenities are only available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please note, a charge of $25 per pass will be accessed if one becomes lost or misplaced during your stay. Please take care to return all passes at the conclusion of your stay.
Travel Insurance Recommended: During the winter months we ask you to please consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home.
Note that GPS is incorrect for this address, and will take you to the wrong location. Please read over (and print!) our written driving directions before departing on your trip and let us know if you have any questions.
Noise Ordinance: Woods Escape is located in a resort community, there is an outside noise ordinance in place after 9:30 PM. We appreciate your cooperation.
Please be aware that you must complete the Vacation Rental Contract Addendum to stay at this Lake Lure property. If this form is not completed within 24 hours of the Vacation Rental Addendum being signed, your reservation shall be canceled, thank you.

Property Cancellation Policy
Please note that this propertys Non-Refundable Period is 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking.
