Hickory Nut Gorge, which includes Chimney Rock State Park and Lake Lure, is a summer recreation wonderland that's only 15 minutes away. A beautiful scenic drive along the Broad River takes you to Interstate 40 and the destination town of Black Mountain (25 min.). Downtown Asheville, offering celebrated culinary and entertainment scenes, is less than an hour away, perfect for an evening out! Starlink Internet. This home has Starlink Internet for streaming, file transfers, and work meetings, with speeds at or above 100 Mbps on average. At times, this satellite connectivity may be impacted by heavy rains or thick foliage. This most commonly occurs between April and October.
4WD Recommended. Serenity escape is located 1.5 miles up a one-lane gravel road. The road is subjected to weather events which can cause it to be bumpy and/or muddy. For this reason, high clearance vehicles are recommended. 4WD is often required during the winter.
Please note the living room doors need to stay open for heating and cooling throughout the home.


Property Cancellation Policy
Please note that this propertys Non-Refundable Period is 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking.
