Serenity Peak Lodge is located in a quiet mountain neighborhood. This home is under a noise ordinance between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.
Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
Please note that this property is bound to the restrictions of a Homeowners' Association. Outdoor fires, RVs, and ATVs are not permitted.
