Get in touch with nature with wildlife right in your yard, including bullfrogs and songbirds that will keep you company as you walk along the wooded path. Discover the shady bench that is ideal for fishing with a friend. Catch the vibrant foliage in the fall, and in the winter you can see the French Broad River in the distance.

The wide, covered deck at Serenade Shores will be the favorite place for all of your guests to hang out. Everyone will love a delicious home-cooked meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The dining area plus bar seating at the island provides plenty of room for a family gathering. The floor plan of Serenade Shores features two primary bedroom suites on either side of the house, a good arrangement for peace and quiet. The open loft area has additional sleeping space with a queen bed and sleeper sofa.

The upper cabin, Serenade Cove (5 Minute Walk/2 Minute Drive To Serenade Shores), features a vaulted ceiling and two-story windows that fill the living area with light. The spacious wrap-around deck with a gas grill and an outdoor dining space is just right for watching the sunset. In the evening, Serenade Cove invites you to kick back and relax in the leather reclining chairs by the gas fireplace before settling into one of the main level bedrooms, or the loft area with twin beds and a half bath. Enjoy a scenic drive along the French Broad River to conveniences such as grocery shopping in Etowah(5 min.), the airport (22 min.), and the Sierra Nevada Brewery (25 min.). Visit downtown Hendersonville, NC, where you'll discover the Hands-On Children's Museum, a revitalized Main Street, and plenty of shopping and fine dining options. Flat Rock, NC, home to the Carl Sandburg Home National Historic Site and the Flat Rock Playhouse, is also nearby. After a busy day spent hiking local trails in Dupont State Forest and Pisgah National Forest in nearby Brevard, known as the Land of Waterfalls," it's a short drive home to refresh and regroup. For an evening out, Asheville offers popular attractions such as the Biltmore Estate (40 min), nightlife, historic architecture, and numerous restaurants and breweries. This Asheville vacation rental is located in Hendersonville and is approximately 40 minutes from downtown Asheville.

Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival. In addition, Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Noise Ordinance
This home is under a noise ordinance between 9:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. and has a very low noise tolerance. Please be mindful that noise travels far in the mountains.
Travel Insurance is Recommended. Due to the location of this home, any inclement weather in winter may render it unreachable. We highly recommend guests consider CSA Travel Insurance for this property as there are no refunds for weather.

Property Cancellation Policy
Please note that this propertys Non-Refundable Period is 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within this period, it will be non-refundable from the time of booking. Cancellations are permitted outside of this period, per our vacation rental agreement. We encourage you to consider travel insurance to help protect your vacation investment against the unknown!
