It is a quality design house that has a private pool and hot tub as well as a rec room with pool table, arcade game and large flat-screen TV.

The mid level is full of comfortable bedding, all master suites with TVs and perfect for relaxing after a full day of fun in the sun.. Top level is a large great room with designer kitchen, living and dining area, featuring wonderful ocean views! The deck access on this level has a nice picnic table for outside dining with an ocean view. To help with the luggage and groceries this house has an Elevator that is accessible from the ground to the top level for your convenience!

This exceptional vacation home is just a stone's throw from the beach access as well as exceptional dining at Ocean Boulevard, or casual dining at Art's Place and Sandtrap Tavern. Shopping is close by along with all the fun activities you expect at the OBX for the whole family.
